Can my computer hold geforce 7800gs agp?

Don't listen to the other guy. Your Mobo has an AGP 8x slot, you should have no problems running the 7800GS AGP card. The only problem I could see is that that is a micro-ATX board, so you might want to look at space and clearance, if you are using a micro case.
