Nancy Drew Secret of the Scarlet Hand?

I'm really stuck. I have called the Chaco Canyon Cultural Center and they are supposed to send me a package of a carving. It won't come. I've been waiting in the game for days, and whenever I call Bess, George, or Frank and Joe, they tell me something about Prudence Rutherford and her arts organizations. I have no idea what they are talking about! What am I doing wrong and why won't that stupid package come?
