Getting my ears pierced... hlp?

going to icing this weekend to do it. ik ik piercing salons r btr but my minds made up, icing + claires r the closest. - whats it like? pain? ive had em pierced before but i was a baby nd they closed up ;(. - whats the procedure? is it quick? - claires or icing? there are slight diffs. - can i hav em repierced in the same spot??? **thx a bunch! ;)**
