How is Marcus Brutus a TRAGIC HERO OR Julius Caesar. EXPLAIN?

Brutus because he killed Caesar thinking it was a good thing and that he was saving the people. but at the end he notices that he did something wrong because now Anthony is in power and he is worst than Caesar. at the end he also realizes that Caesar was good for the city even if everyone didnt agree and they thought the power was going to Caesars head. and he also end ups killing himself because he cant live with what his done (or so i think he kills himself). i read the play 5 years ago.
