I made the name of my LLC the same name as an initiative sponsored by a group of people. ?

I am hoping it is legal since the group has no trademark and I am a business not a different "initiative." I will change it if there is any grief. I bet there are things like St. Paul Ministries, LLC., in Iowa selling Bibles and Christian candles in a fancy strip Mall and St. Paul Ministries an initiative of the National Elks Foundation. Is it though?
