Number for crime stoppers?

a woman i know in HIALEAH, FLORIDA She has mental problems and is not allowed to live with people, though she was living with her oldest daughter and her granddaughter until today she kicked them out calling her daughter a ******. When she was in cuba she was locked up for trying to kill herself 3 times, she once strangeled her oldest daughter and is now suppose to be living with no body. She lied and said that her son was helping her so she can get free money and has been stealing money for from the goverment for years, in HIALEAH FLORIDA can somebody give me a number for reporting these things??????
