PLEASE HELP!!! I need advice?

My dad watches every night. It really bothers me. I'll be in the family room playing Xbox LIVE and he'll have his hand down his pants and be on the computer. ill pretend I care what hes doing and look at the screen. As I'm backing up to look, he races to the x on. I"ll look at the screen and the wallpaper will be on the screen. He looks like he's sweating really wanting me to believe him. ill look back to my screen and he'll go right back to it. He was at a superbowl party last sunday. He came home late at night. He didn't come up to his room for some time. For some reason (I know it's none of my Business) it bothers me when he does. I don't know why but some thing in my mind tells me i need to see if hes watching. I go downstairs and find him on the toilet (eww) and he says what are you doing? I didn't want to say well, i want to see if you're watching , so instead i said I'm trying to sneak on the Xbox. Now he won't let me put the Xbox in my room because he dosen't trust me. So i come home from school (I'm 13) and say (In these exact words) It bothers me that the mouse is on the left side of the computer when you're done with it every night. He didnt know what I was getting at at first, But then he got it. I said "I was downstairs last night to see if you were doing that. He said it's none of your buisness. He didn't want to talk about it. Is this normal? Please answer!
