About kelloggs k challenge?
I did the Special K challenge and I lost some weight, but I didn't really pay attention to how much I actually lost. But what I did do is, after being on the challenge for two weeks, found that it really changed my eating habits. I LOVE the cereal- my favorite kind is the fruit and yogurt. Also, replacing bad snacks (chips, cookies, ect) with special K bars and especially the fruit crisps (they're delicious!!) really helps. I also have one of the protein meal bars for lunch every day, and cereal for breakfast every morning, and it doesn't even seem like i'm on a "diet". It worked for me, you should definitely give it a try. Also, if you add in a little exercise and drink lots of water, the results will be more evident as well.
