Are these two dresses the same?

basically yea but the one from nordstrom looks quality the one from jcp penny looks cheap.. so i think it's worth the extra 20 bucks... i also agree with the 1st answer i mean come on! don't be so cheap this is ur bat mitzvah get a REAL dress ... u obviously have the money to do so...
