Good Pc for $950(ish)?

The only thing I would change is the Gigabyte GA-880GA-UD3H to a ASRock 970 Extreme4. And that PC is DAMN GOOD. My PC with an Over-clocked Radeon HD 6850 (still not as good as a Radeon HD 6870) and a Phenom II x4 955 (again, not as powerful as the one you chose) can Max out freaking Crysis at 1600x900.
