Where can i get free ringtones for my phone?

I have a nokia flip phone, and have just recently gotten texting. my friend has tried to send me songs that i can use as ringtones but they for some reason will not go through. so my first question is, is therre any possible way to get his ringtones from his phone to mine?? also, i have tried to get ringtones from online, byut i do not want to pay for them. so i have found free ones, but they then send me a code that requires me to access teh internet which i cannot do on my phone. so that is my second question...does anyone know of any way that i can get free ringtones that do not require internet access with my phone...a tone that i really particularly want is Chris Brown's "With You" and Flo Ridas "low". please let me know if any1 knows a way to get free tones without internet access, and why the songs from my friends phone are n ot going through to me. thanks!
