What do you think of Rand Paul calling Obama 'un-American' for criticizing BP?

Rand Paul's statement is ignorant. However, it is consistent with Paul's Tea Party/libertarian laissez-faire views. Basically, Paul believes that industry should be free from all government intervention. This is why he also believes that the CRA and ADA shouldn't interfere with who businesses can discriminate against. If nothing else, Paul is being consistent. Of course, some might think his views are unrealistic in our country, but Kentucky voters will decide that in November, uming Paul is still the Republican nominee.
