Characters for a Childs B-Day party?

Does anyone know where I can find a "Dora the Explorer" costume or a company that does birthday parties? My daughter is turning 3 on February 14th and she thinks Dora is coming to her party....but the only problem is I can't find a Dora to come to her party that is local...I need to find either the mascot type costume or someone who does that for a living...Some one please help!!!!
