Why is my Sirius satellite radio going in and out?

The first year of service expired from the factory installed radio. I extended the service for 3 more years and everything was fine. Two months later, the signal is now going in and out constantly. I got Sirius to send me a new signal twice, but it has not made a difference. What else can I do???
